Yeah when I watched a video on how to update Asrock, it seemed like they just picked the latest one from the list, even though the pre-installed one from the factory was pretty outdated. So, I'll give that a try.

Am I able to just update to the latest bios? Or do I have to update them one by one?

It's probably out of date, I just ordered a 5800x and was going to have to update it soon, how do I figure out what bios my motherboard came with?

My current setup is AMD Ryzen 7 3700x, Corsair 750w psu, eVGA 2070 Super Hybrid, the monitors are new, both were working perfectly fine a week ago, identical Asus VG278QR. Anytime I turn on my second monitor my fans on my AIO cooler ramp up to max speed and my machine completely locks up, both screens turn white. I've taken the rads out, dusted them with my Datavac, seems everything is getting adequate cooling, idle temp is 45c on cpu and 31c on gpu. DDU - uninstalled/reinstalled fresh nVidia drivers, still happening.

Someone was streaming TV on the Xbox, which I know is download, but for some reason, shows as upload and bottlenecked the whole network. I'm talking 30ms ping on Battlefield V with 350ms lag spikes. When we turned the xbox off, the lag disappeared. But I also lag when my roommate video streams during his Tuesday night quarantine DND. +1 Beyond it's not available, no reason. Where I live, everything below River Road, is Cox, everything above River Road is Comcast. But I couldn't afford a $650k+ house, so I bought below River Road

Yeah I'm thinking about getting a CM1000 or 1200. I just want to make sure I can get the unlimited package on top of the Gigablast. Last time I asked, I was told it wasn't available. Additionally, I'd like to find out what the upload bandwidth cap is, because someone else told me it was 960/10.

Both PC's are on Ethernet. The Xbox is the device that was hogging all the upload speed from what I could tell and was causing the huge lag spikes.

Right now I pay an additional $50 for unlimited bandwidth on top of the 300/30 plan I have, making my plan $160. Otherwise I blow through the allotted 1TB in 9 or so days. I have Cox and their overage charges are expensive.

I suppose I could have read your reply better, I am thinking of switching to a CM700 which is a Modem only, and getting a router behind it. But I'd like to atleast get a recommendation on a router until I commit to a new modem. I am also waiting on my ISP to reply about the unlimited bandwidth package on Gigabit Internet.
