It's not recognising the card it seems. It might be trying to access it but not succeeding.
Try it in another pc. If that didn't work you may have lost the data and might want to try data recovery.
Unfortunately flash storage is not great for long term data retention. For a sd card that has been used a lot (or a lower quality card to start with) then they are only quoted to hold data for a year.

the VRMs look like the same thing as the tomahawk with a different heatsink, so it's decent.

The asrock b450 pro4 is a good budget board. For overclocking I would suggest the b450 fatal1ty as it has better power delivery, when you want to go further with a different cooler

I can recommend the MSI B450-Pro.  Works well with the 2600 as ive just built a friend a system using these parts.

Msi kinda did something horribly wrong with their 300 series mobos. Thought it was about cheap competitors even in their high end boards. No one here recommends them anymore.

I have a Xbox 360 Gamepad, (Logitech) and it's really comfy. But i used PS4 controller for more time, and it's good but not on the level of the Xbox 360 Gamepad. Also the Gamepad is cheaper (Around 25$) when the PS4 controller costs 50-60$

If you run out of system memory and the system starts swapping out data, everything will degrade in performance.

    Otherwise nothing will happen.

If you're hitting 100% usage, you'll experience stuttering, freezing, hitching, lockups, and potential stability issues, in addition to Windows being very sure to remind you that it's happening. This is all assuming that you can eve get *insert game here* to launch period.

change that ssd, may be "work pretty well", but go with this (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/vLBTwP/corsair-mp300-120gb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-cssd-f120gbmp300) m.2 from corsair, it is $10 more, but it is A LOT faster

Ram speed is important for accessing storage. It's called Random Access Memory for a reason, so if large amounts of data need to be accessed and processed quickly, you need ram with a high clock speed and low latency. Additionally, Ryzen uses a technology called Infinity Fabric for their cores to communicate, which is also dependent on ram speeds.

The faster the speed of the RAM the more times it can be written to, or read each second. This effects the responsiveness of programs, and they OS, the efficiency of  processors esp. the CPU, is also affected. Basically having RAM that is too slow can bottleneck the entire system, and can even greatly affect gaming performance, but slow RAM is more obvious in productivity applications, and everyday use.

I've been meaning to post this for a bit. Pictures of my Osbourne Executive. It was found in a storage locker.  Fired right up. All I had to do was find some discs. I did go ahead and replace the fan in the power supply as it was very loud.
