Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me with my issue a insect went into my keyboard so i started banging my keyboard on its side then removed a few keys to clean and now i cant alt tab ;(( i tried mostly everything basic like FN windows and going into regedit

sorry but is the bios the screen that pops up when u start the pc (F9) if it is i can not enter that the keyboard dose not turn on untill the repair screen pops up

hello everyone my name is william and i recently reset my pc once the wizard of something poped up (were u put your info down) i could not use my mouse or keyboard there lights where off i tryed pluging it in at the back of the motherboard and that did not work either also when the trouble shoot pops up i can move my mouse but i cant pass making my account for windows please help me
