The first image looks like it has motion blur. If you don't really know how to use a DSLR, your best bet is to increase the light in the room so it automatically makes the shutter speed faster.
 
If you cannot do that, go into shutter priority mode, marked by an S, and take the current focal length (you probably have an 18-55 lens), multiply it by 1.5, and take the reciprocal of that. Your shutter speed should be >= that.
So if you were zoomed in to 55mm, you would do 55 * 1.5 = 82.5 or 1/82.5. You should set your shutter speed to 1/80 of a second.
If you were zoomed out to 18mm, you would do 18 * 1.5 = 27 or 1/27. You should set your shutter speed to 1/30 of a second.

FPS is just a number, relax its not that bad.

A thing I thought was funny, that I mentioned in another thread before Faa made this and I'll mention it again, is that pretty much everybody on this forum would agree that an FX-4300 flat out bottlenecks a 970 in the very large majority of games, yeah? But not everybody agrees that an 8350 bottlenecks a 970. Why?

We clearly see the FX-4300 performing very similar in most games to a FX-8350, yet apparently the 8350 is much better some how.

If you play single player games and/or like to relax and enjoy the beauty, go 4k. 
If you play racing or flying games/watch 21:9 movies a lot/want the aspect ratio for screen real esate, go 3440x1440p.
If you play FPS's competitively, get 1440p 144Hz.
Just my opinion.
Do note, while two 980ti's will be able to max out (or get very close to it) in every current game, they won't be able to for a long time (at 4k). 

Dell P2715Q is the best value IMO. It's a bit smaller than what you're asking for, but 27"/28" 4k is fine with scaling in Windows 10.

A 270x will be able to handle games like CS:GO at 1440p >100FPS, but not in demanding games. If you plan on upgrading your GPU in the relatively near future, I would get the 1440p 144Hz. 
1080p on a 1440p monitor usually won't look very good, but 1440p looks a lot better than 1080p.

His CPU is better than an FX-4350 though.
That said, the bottleneck is going to be really huge at 1080p, and you should get a new CPU ASAP @OP
(You'll still get a performance gain in most games though.)

Get the i5 4460 it performs very slightly better. But, it's better for you to get a r9 380 4gb than the 960 4G if you didn't buy it yet since it outperforms it.

How? It doesn't fit the Intel naming scheme at all (it doesn't even come close), and it's a clear representation of the Inspirion 7000 series line from Dell.

The G3258 was the budget "king" for about a month after release until people realized an i3 is quite a bit better. No, i3's are not irrelevant at all, but it's a good idea to save up another ~$50-60 to get a locked i5 instead (if you plan on getting a higher end GPU).
