Hi there. If you read the post I clearly acknowledge that the internet will not be stable and I am aware this is the case, as you said because it is a plane very high in the sky. Due to the fact it’s unreliable, as I said I can’t justify spending $40 on it (this is an estimated guess based on previous flights) so simply asking if there is any way that anybody on this forum knows how to bypass the portal. If you have no suggestions or anything constructive to say, please move on. Thanks,

Hi all. New to the forum. Does anybody know how to use the united airlines Wi-fi for free/bypass the portal? Flying from the UK to the US so it will be provided by either Viasat or Panasonic as gogo only operate in the US and can’t justify spending like $40 for it and we all know it’s usually slow and cuts out - utter rip off. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I will have a windows laptop and an iPhone
