The fans do not run as separate units like the corsair ll120 so all fans will have the same setting. The motherboard should be able to detect them though, maybe you didnt connect them right

first of all i think you should get a better build, at least a b350 or b450 motherboard it will only cost a bit more. evga 450w or 500w psu should be more than enough and a good case is the DEEPCOOL MATREXX 55 ATX Mid-Tower Case Full-size Tempered Motherboard SYNC Control RGB Lighting System, it is an amazing case, but you also have to buy one or two fans for cooling so your system doesnt over heat
