Alinz reacted to PDifolco in GPU at 100%?
GPU is supposed/designed to work at 100%;, unless it overheats it won't affect its lifespan

those are some mighty zip-ties! good job! 🙂

Alinz got a reaction from Blasty Blosty in Bottlenecking question
Your GPU will hold your CPU back, but that being said your GPU will be fully utalized. For gaming a CPU bottleneck is usually what brings problems with it. Your CPU can feed your GPU enough data to fully utalize it. It just means that your CPU can handle more powerfull cards.

Alinz reacted to WereCat in RAM not functioning as intended.
1400MHz = 2800MT/s
If those are dual rank sticks then it's not going to work easily without some manual tuning as you're likely held back by the 2000 series Ryzens memory controller which isn't that great and can be very picky.

With a GT730 ? don't play anything less than 10 years old ....

Alinz reacted to porina in Steam Hardware Survey - GPUs - Feb 2024
Now we're in March the Feb data has been out for a bit and I took a look at it. Before I get into the numbers, I know, there is uncertainty in how they were obtained and they can't be taken as absolutely representative of anything. Still, it is the best data set I'm aware of for PC gaming. I'd welcome any alternate sources which could supplement this.
One thing in particular is I've noticed occasional odd months where NV share spikes a little. Feb 2024 might be one of them. It is not as big as other spikes but it does feel like there is something there. NV overall share went up 2.7 percentage points from the previous month, with the three preceding months spanning less than one percentage point change. So this month's data probably isn't the best to look at for longer term trends especially comparing red vs green.
The biggest gains were in the mid range NV GPUs of recent generations, with the 3060, 4060, 3070, 2060, 4070 taking the top 5 spots in percentage point change. While new sales of 4060 and 4070 would be expected, there can't be that many older gens entering the market?
Of note is a new entry of the 4070 Super, which means with less than 6 weeks of sales it already has a presence bigger than all individual current gen AMD GPUs except the 7900 XTX.

Be Quiet! Light Wings.
Check the performance data from Techpowerup here
EDIT: It performs slightly better, but looks are subjective. Check the review, and similar reviews to determine what fan you like best

Alinz reacted to Dedayog in Finished my build, please let me know if is good
Yep, looks good.
"I will buy a case from Romania, something cheap I don’t need fancy case, I might put everything for start on a custom homemade wooden board."
You're joking, right?
"( payd 2201,95 Euro for GPU )" Not sure why you included that. It's overpaying like a champ.

You can plug it in to the JARGB_V2 connector at the bottem of the board.

Alinz got a reaction from Dedayog in Should my setup should be colder?
13900k... Hot hot hot chip. These temps are actually pretty good for a closed loop system.
You really won't see any temperature decreases if you don't go custom watercooling or installing a contact frame for the CPU.

Alinz reacted to emosun in Cpu Bottleneck?
do you know what a bottleneck is? becuase you need a use case for a bottleneck to be determined. you don't determine a bottleneck by just having the computer sit idle on the desktop.
well whoever said that didn't know anything about what a bottleneck is or really what a computer is then.

Alinz reacted to emosun in If anyone wants undervolt settings for a quiet GPU (7900 XT).
that would only be relevant for your specific gpu and build though , silicon is not equal across all parts

Alinz got a reaction from josefah in Best mid priced 120mm aio, silent, price,no light
Please don't buy a 120mm AIO. They are heatsoked so easily and are terrible price to performance wise.
Get yourself either a 240mm/280mm aio or a nice big tower cooler. The 5000D fits big tower coolers that will leave that poor 120mm AIO in the dust.
As far as fan orientation, 3 in front (intake), 2 on top (positioned at the end of the case, (exhaust)) and 1 in the back (exhaust)

Alinz reacted to PDifolco in Best mid priced 120mm aio, silent, price,no light
120mm AIO are just useless, a decent aircooler will perform better with less cost and better lifespan and reliability
Either go 240mm+ or an aircooler
Plus the Corsair 5000 ios pretty big, you got ample room even for a 360mm AIO, knowing that you 12400 don't need that much cooling anyway
