Is freesync better than g-sync?

Yeah I am only shopping at best buy because I have a best buy gift card that I want to use. I also have amazon student prime so I will be getting my case, mouse, keyboard, and windows 10 from there. Is this Monitor good? Are there better ones that are cheaper? I mainly got it because of gaming and because it comes with COD BO4 lol.

$2000 at Best buy. I will get most of my items from BestBuy and the rest on Amazon because I have student prime. Yeah one for gsync with nvidia and the other for freesync with amd.

What would you recommend? I will mostly be playing COD BO4 on it. By the way I updated it with the monitors for them.
