  6. Hi I’ve been watching Linus for a long time and he inspired me too get a gaming pc I know a decient amount about computers and overall technology but seem to be stumped on this one problem and google has no answers to it so my cpu is a ryzen 5 1600 and I have 8 gb memory but I’ve done cenabench and it shows my processor is only at 415 cb when half of the speeds I’ve seen on my processer reach about 1200 cb I went to task manager and saw my that my cpu frequency was frozen completely not changing stuck at 1.36 when the clock speed is 3.50 my disk speed also has completely slowed my computer down.... I’m wondering if there’s some cap over the cpu frequency or not enough voltage I don’t know anymore I also considered update the bios of the motherboard but that’s it please help
