well, what's the program? I've been through control panel and the regular parental control settings. hell, i even went to microsoft.com and looked at my account, which had no parental controls on it whatsoever.

If they were hidden, how would they ever be turned off. Or accessed to change things. In any case, my network settings look like everyone elses. And under parental controls, It's disabled. So idk

Thats the thing. The ISP parental controls all show disabled. It could be with windows, but there is nothing anywhere mentioning parental controls. And where it is, its disabled.

Oh and I forgot to mention, This is through WIFI, and I have a little WIFI dongle.

Hello, and thanks in advance for all of those who try to help. I have had this issue for a long time now (couple of years) and now I am just starting to get really tired of it. I have tried everything, from changing DNS setting, going into the registry, e.t.c. Basically I have a content filter. I cannot access sites like reddit.com and newgrounds.com, and videos are restricted on youtube. I had a content filter a few years ago, but it has been long turned off. I even recently checked the router settings, and all parental controls and filters were turned off. And any new computers in the household did not have any restrictions at all. For some reason the filter has been like a curse that follows me and only me. Because all signs are pointing to the problem being with my PC, and not the ISP, I was wondering how to remove this for once and for all! General specifications: Filters all web browsers, chrome, edge, firefox, e.t.c. , Deleting and reinstalling web browsers did not do anything. The Error message for going into one of these websites is strange, being Which This site can’t be reached Check if there is a typo in old.reddit.com. If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN Which implies that the address is misspelled, and not being blocked.

I actually found a cheaper 3200mhz kit on Amazon for cheaper, same brand. I kinda want the entire thing to stay in the 800-850 USD budget so this might be the best I can do.

Ok so whenever I try to launch a steam game it either wigs out my computer and I have to restart, or it says not responding. Undertale is the only game that will actually launch.

ok so ive had a 720p monitor for a while, and i just upgraded to 1080p. on 720p i usually get around140 fps on OW, and i get the same on 1080p??? i checked in the settings and it does say 1080p. so did i do something wrong or is this normal. my video card is rx 560 2gb

Ok so the fx 8350 was mostly limited by its bad architecture, that’s common knowledge. But what if the 8350 had something like a zen architecture??? a 4 core 8 thread 4ghz “ryzen 8350”. do you think that would be practical, and would you buy it? I personally like the sound of that, but what do you think?

And AMD has higher core and thread counts, and with all there processors being unlocked, and auto overclocking, it allows you to use higher frequency ram while having cpu speeds higher than what it says on the box. There is no reason not to go amd these days.
