I realize I left something out of my original post, which makes sense considering how late it was. I'm currently running the above setup on the Antec, but during a gaming session a couple nights ago I heard a click come from the PSU and my desktop speakers turned off. During idle last night I heard the same click, which I think came from my PSU.

Parts are already bought, so I can't really update based on your recommendations Street. I just want to make sure I'm not going to lose my newly purchased stuff to an older PSU. As far as the actual model I believe it's an Antec BP550, but I can't recall quite now.

Hey guys. New to the forums but this seems to be the best place for help when building a new PC. I'm working on my new build for gaming and I'm afraid my PSU isn't going to be able to handle the new components. I have an Antec 500W Semi-Modular, but I am thinking of upgrading to the Corsair RMx 850W, just to be safe. Component list is below, any help appreciated.
