    lol load time's cpu bound if you want to load faster just overclock but you will then allways be waiting for some guy that is on a crap pc

    best bet would be a air cooler because in the vulcan there isn't much room to go watercooled the basic backplate that comes with the board will do fine for most aftermarket coolers it has will take coolers up to 165mm if you don't install a side panel fan
