Well, I would be getting another 16GB Module and go with (8+16)GB. BTW, Hypothetically what would be the average performance difference of like an (8+16)GB vs (12+12)GB RAM(Hypothetically) ?? I am just wondering just asking out of curiosity.

I have recently purchased a laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with 8GB 3200Mhz RAM by default. Now, I want to upgrade the RAM to 24GB(8GB Existing + 16GB 3200Mhz). My Laptop has the maximum RAM support as 32GB So, It should just work. But, I want to know whether I would be droping a worst performance than compared to (8GB + 8GB) Configuration. I running Ubuntu on the laptop as the native OS and I would be using for like 12 Firefox tabs and like 3 Windows Vm's running and docker. Would I be facing like a lot performance drop as it would become unusable or the bottleneck would be about under 5%. So, Should I go ahead on the (8+16) or like (8+8) please let me know.

I have got my dad's old Laptop Compaq Presario CQ42 with Pentium T4500,5GB RAM,Crucial BX500 240GB SSD. I want to get in pentesting field.So, I want to install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and Windows 10 dual-boot can I do it ? Again,If we dual boot two windows the default OS performs very good while other is laggy... Will something like this happen?? What should I make the default OS and which bootloader to use GRUB or windows??

Can you guide a little bit more as because i don't know networking much. The uplink ports will be tagged in two vlans while the acessing ports will be untagged to both vlans. Is this correct?? Thanks in Advance

Because, My all pc will use separate ip in that series and will be expanding it to a huge extent by connecting more just unmanageable gigabit switch from one port and extend it by another 32 port

I would recommend using AIDA64 and stress testing cpu fpu and cache for 1 hour and checking the temps

I have a Netgear 24 ports Layer 2 Switch.I have two isp internet each having a different static ip series one with 172.16.22.xx and other with 172.17.44.xx series.When I have to access the isp i connect my pc lan wire to the respective isp's modem and set the static ip on my pc lan card and access internet. Now, I want to insert the two isp lan to L2 as uplink and Access from the downlink ports of the switch and just change the static ip on my lan card to access the different isp
