Wont really matter all that much. Pretty much margin of error for most tasks. The 2 TB in some uses will be a a little bit faster, will it be noticeable? Absolutely not to the vast majority of people

    You won't notice the difference. I have a PCIe 3.0 NVMe (600k IOPS, 3.5 GB/s) and a PCIe 4.0 one (1M IOPS, 7.45 GB/s).

I've had games on either and moved some games over when I got the faster one. There is basically zero difference between these when loading or playing games. You might measure a millisecond difference if you timed some stuff with a stopwatch, but otherwise you simply don't notice it.

    Depends.
The DISM restore health command check the system image to ensure the image is not corrupted *using Windows Update.
SFC then checks the system for corruption using the image.

IF your system image is corrupted. resetting windows probably won't really help much. Garbage in garbage out.

Sometimes static electricity can leave lingering effects in the capacitors. There was another case of static a couple months back that cause the computer to refuse to cold boot after a static spark to a usb port.

Unplug the psu (don’t turn off the switch) and press and hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds. That will discharge all the capacitors in the system. It might fix your issue.

I do not know if the MSI board works in the Corsair case, I bought the MSI board after I had already transferred everything to the Hyte case. The MSI board has only been in the Hyte case so far. I would assume it works no problem though as it is brand new (or so I hope it works given my history with MSI). If I can get a post outside the case then I will just be switching back to my Asus board for the time being and installing everything back in my Corsair case while I RMA my current case. Good thing I ordered it through Amazon so there shouldn’t be any fuss when it comes to returning it.

It sucks cause the only 3080 being sold in my area is an Asus Strix one for $1600 which is ludicrous. I think I will go with the 3070 Ti then. Thank you for the response!

The 3080ti even at MSRP is a terrible deal over RTX 3080.

Honestly... I find 3060ti perfectly adequate for 1440p 144Hz so I don't see any reason to not pick up 3070ti for 1080p and "save" some money.
