  1. Hello Guys, so I have a Cisco Access Point 2802E-E-K9 with a lightweight image applied on a testnet just connected to a switch and my laptop. I want the AP to load an Mobility Express Image from my TFTP Server I have simulated with TFTPD on my laptop but as far as I could come, the AP sends the request to the TFTP server but under an compleatly other IP address as I configured it. So as result the ACK back to the AP fails and the image can't be loaded.... Does anybody had a similar setup before and maybe knows where the IP address, I also couldn't find anywhere in the AP config, comes from? The Laptop (TFTPD Server) has the 192.168.10.23 and we gave the AP the 192.168.10.50 but on the TFTPD Server the AP registers as 6.222.... so a compleatly different network, I've never seen before. Would be amazing if anybody may have a clue!
  2. ThinkPad in my opinion is a perfect idea for programming. I bought myself the L380 Yoga because I take a lot of notes in onenote to reduce the weight of paper in my backpack. I love the ThinkPad series keyboard a lot for programming. Actually my fingers are less tired on this one as they are on my mechanical desktop after longtime coding. Usually on all ThinkPads the screen is really bright and nice to take your work around. While programming the battery of the L380 Yoga can cover sth. like 7 hours. I love the weight and size because with a 13" laptop you can go like anywhere. I just won't really recomand it for long time gaming. I never tried it but the performance could show up with a lot of problems in rendering animations and also I personaly won't prefer a display that size for gaming at all. It also is a bit over your price range even in student discounts, but maybe you can find another model of that series. They have a wide range of laptops that fit nice for work and moste of the positive aspects I mentioned are standard in the most ThinkPads like the really nice keyboard.
  3. Hi together, I'm runnnig a nextcloud inside a docker container on raspbian on a pi 3B and got into trouble increasing the uploadlimit for files. I changed the limits in .user.ini and .htaccess and also checked that outputbuffering is on 0. I can't find a php.ini where it might be defined in other systems. When I upload a file larger than 2MB it crashes without error or warnings. it's just stuck in the process (as expected). I'm not that experienced jet so after some hours with google, I'm still stuck with it. Does anyone knows this problem and has some ideas what else it could be or where maybe to find a php.ini if it doesn't show under searchcommands or in the usual directories? Thank's in advance!
  4. Turns out, @Sauron summed it perfectly right. There are multiple workarounds to get close to onenote. But most of them have performantce issues or are really limited in function. If you only use the active pen for some single activities, the comination of multiple programs might be a solution. But for me, editing huge PDFs and writing hand in exersises as well as whole lectures with the pen, you will have a hard time. For example taking quick notes during lectures is hard with low performance.
  5. Hey, have you tried some of these? https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/0a8c0138-8e92-4cb1-8830-ff9464336d62/quotyou-dont-have-permission-to-save-in-this-locationquot?forum=w7itprogeneral seemes like they solved it that way.
  6. Ouch, that means YouTube still offers me 1 year+ old support. Good to know XD
  7. Not quiet sure if this could be the solution, probably not, but have you checked it out something like an hour after upload again? When uploading, I ofthen have the problem that even when it's done uploading, it takes some time until max. available bitrate is visible....
  8. Hi togehter, I just bought myself the Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga L380 with the Activ Pen for writing on screen. It's a windows machine but since I work a lot on linux for university I want to run it on linux. The problem is, that I need the pen because I have a injured back and try to spare on heavy skripts etc. So far my research resultet in: in general linux can detect and work with the pen, but there is nearly no working software for actualy writing or editing with the pen. Some solutions found on the internet didn't work like: - turtle - standart nodes - chary tree - libre office draw - xournal did work, but is very slow and laggy The question is: does anyone has experience with this? maybe knows a working software or what else to try? Thank's for your help in advance, Tess
  9. Uuuhhhm sorry I'm kinda new to that. Thx for making it clear!
  10. I fear that it is logic board then. I updated all drivers. It's still like a stroboscope...
  11. Hi together, I hope someone here can maybe help me with my old Asus F555L. Whenever the battery is falling under about 70% charge, the laptopscreen starts flickering like crazy. It becomes worse over time until it looks like the display is constantly dimmed. The only way to stop this is plug it to the powersupply. So far I tried to fix it by doing the following: I changed the battery with a factory new one. I checked every cabel if it's pluged in correctly (as far as possible) I connected a beamer and on the beamerimage it wasn't flickering (while still flickering on the display) So I have no Idea what it could be. I thought about maybe the background light from the display is broken or it's something with the graficscrad. Does anyone of you knows this and can help me finding the problem?
