What I was saying was if I was to upgrade to ryzen, and got an am4 motherboard... I would want a processor that is as good or better than the 8370. What would you guys suggest.

Looking to replace my three hp27 xw monitors with a 27in monitor with amd freesync. I am looking to get two of them my budget is about $230 a piece. Does anyone know of any decent gaming monitors within that price range? At the moment my gaming setup is Amd FX 8370 MSI 970A PRO GAMING CARBON MSI RX480 GAMING X 4G 16 GB RAM 2 1TB HDS EVGA 750W PSU

I have been looking for a new am3 + motherboard to replace my old one, bit can not seem to find any atx boards anywhere for a decent price.the ones they do have are way overpriced. Is there a shortage of am3+ motherboards because of the mining craze?
