Traded the 5600X for a 5600 because later I want to get a better CPU, and this two aren't much different performance wise. Got a Focus 850W.
  2. The CPU is more 150€ and I still need to buy the cooler, so thats not an option now, but that is the plan in the future. Thank you
  3. The problem with the RAM is that is not on the RAM supported list by the motherboard. I hear some people having problem with enable DOCP with RAMs not included in the mb list (maybe just unlucky).
  4. PCPartPicker Part List https://pt.pcpartpicker.com/list/Wk8ZpH CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor (€199.90 @ PCDIGA) Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II ATX AM4 Motherboard (€200,90 @ Chip7) Memory: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory (€128.90 @ PCDIGA) Storage: Crucial P5 Plus 500 GB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive (€73.90 @ PCDIGA) Storage: Crucial P3 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive (€59.90 @ PCDIGA) Video Card: PowerColor Red Dragon OC Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB Video Card (€629.90 @ PCDIGA) Case: Lian Li O11 Air Mini ATX Mid Tower Case (€119.90 @ Globaldata) Power Supply: Corsair RM750x (2021) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (€153,90 @ Chip7) Total: €1567.20 Generated by PCPartPicker 2023-03-20 19:08 WET+0000 Decisions: Ryzen CPU has a stock cooler (which later I will replace). Going for a 5700x or higher, is more expensive, it doesn't come with a cooler and performance isn't that different. RAM is on the memory supported list of the motherboard (should be ok to activate DOCP), its CL16(16-16-16-36) and CPU compatible. Motherboard has 1 PCIe 4.0 for SSD NVME and has WIFI which I will need. P5 Plus 500GB (PCIe 4.0) for Windows 11 and P3 1TB (PCIe 3.0) for games 6800XT is currently at 310€ discount (from 939,90€ to 629,90€) PSU has very good reviews Questions: 6800XT specs says 750W its the minimum. Should I go with 850W just for comfort? I don't pretend to update anytime sooner (I will just buy extra fans, the case only comes with 3) 1TB PCIe 4.0 for OS and games or 500GB PCIe 4.0 for OS and 1TB PCIe 3.0 for games ?
  5. Yes, that is my plan. Spend this 1500€ on the build, and next month buy a good CPU cooler + fans. Lian li case already comes with 3 fans.
  6. 5600x comes with a stock cooler. I'm talking about GPU temps
  7. So apparently, I found a 6800 XT 16GB OC with 300€ discount, and for the reviews I've seen, it's way better than the 6700 XT 12GB. FINAL BUILD: PCPartPicker Part List: https://pt.pcpartpicker.com/list/Q8Xb3y CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor (€194,90€ @ CHIP7) Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II ATX AM4 Motherboard (€200,90€ @ CHIP7) Memory: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 (16-16-16-36) (€128.90 @ PCDIGA) Storage: Crucial P5 Plus 500 GB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive (€73,90 @ PDIGA) Storage: Crucial P3 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive (€61.36 @ PC Componentes) Video Card: PowerColor Red Dragon OC Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB Video Card (€629,90 @ PCDIGA) Case: Lian Li O11 Air Mini ATX Mid Tower Case (€119.90 @ CHIP7) Power Supply: Corsair RM750e 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (€112.90 @ Globaldata) Total: €1,522.66 Should I buy the same PSU? Also, I'm afraid temps are going to be a problem, should a good airflow be enough? Thanks
  8. After some search, I found: (2 X 8GB) 3600MHz Trident Z Neo CL18 (18-22-22-42) (F4-3600C18D-16GTZN) (2 X 8GB) 3600MHz Trident Z Neo CL16 (16-16-16-36) (F4-3600C16D-16GTZN) Both are supported by the B550 motherboard. Should I go for CL16 or CL18? (CL16 is 128€ | CL18 is 76€)
  9. Thank you for your answer. You are not the first saying that about that specific RAM. I'll change the CPU, RAM and GPU. That motherboard is not on stock on the shop I'll buy the components (https://www.globaldata.pt/). If the problem is just getting full compatibility and the solution is just updating the BIOS, that won't be a problem. On the other hand, if you think getting a X570S instead a B550 will improve my setup, I'll throw the extra money + shipping. The same problem for the PSU (is not available at the shop), so what about this: Corsair RM750e 750W 80 Plus Gold for 112€ (I went for 750W because the price of 650W is almost the same as Asus ROG STRIX 650W 80+ Gold OR Seasonic Focus GX-650W 80+ Gold) About the Storage, do you mean 500GB for OS and apps and the 1TB for games? Thank you once again
  10. I forgot to mention that I need a motherboard with WIFI, so I'll go with the Asus one! To spend less money, I made this decisions: - Both RAMs are identical, I prefer the aesthetics of the Corsair SL PRO. (and its actually cheaper, because I will buy everything in globaldata and the shipping is fixed) - Ryzen 5600x already has a stock cooler and I don't think upgrading from a 5600x to a 5700x is worth the extra 20€ plus CPU Cooler. This way maybe I can try to upgrade the GPU for something better.
  11. https://pt.pcpartpicker.com/list/r2dyMb Total: 1 275 € Budget (including currency): 1500€ Country: Portugal Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming at 1440p Questions: 1- This RAM is AMD optimized but isn't in the motherboard memory support list. Instead the non-sl are (CMW16GX4M2Z3600C18). Is going for the SL a problem? I want to activate the XMP profile. 2 - Should I get 2 500GB NVME drives (1 for OS in pci 4.0, 1 for games in pci 3.0) or 1 1TB (pci 4.0)? Motherboard only has 2 nvme slot(1 pci 4.0 and other pci 3.0)
  12. For people with the same problem: I have done it!!! OBS Settings and Keyboard Software You can choose "F13, F14" as keys in the keyboard software. So, as they don't exist in keyboards, i can press the PAUSE button, and it acts like an F13 and OBS actually accepts it (F13).
  13. Hi guys. As i never use the multimedia keys (Pause, play, previous and next) i wanted to use those keys for keybindings on OBS for changing scenes.I tried to understand how i would do that in iCUE and OBS , but i can't figure it out, as i press those keys in OBS and they just don't do nothing. Is it with macros? Thanks in advance.
  14. The HDD is just for storage. I have an 500GB SSD for my OS. So... GPT?
