It's not so much the superiority of a given brand as a superior model based on what you're looking for.  How important is gaming?  Will you be watching in a particularly bright or dark room?  That sort of thing.
 
Of those sets, I'm torn.  The Samsung Q60 would probably be best for games in a bright room, or if you really want the most access to apps (Samsung and Roku-equipped sets are the only smart TVs that have the Apple TV+ app, at last check).  I will admit that I prefer LG's smart TV interface, though.

um yes...if the game supports it it will. mostly 5.1 but there are a few games that support 7.1...not sure if any support atmos yet
actually now that i think about it i cant even think of a game that doesnt support surround now a days

Also all the weird shitty lazy ass designs by AIB's. The lazyness and cheap design of a lot of RX 5700XT cards is just shocking. Only decent is Sapphire which actually seems to give a damn about quality design and cooling.

Cooler master and hyper x make better headphones on their headsets than those 2  but if he can stretch his budget Sennheiser would be best
 

Anything other than Razer tbh. Razer has pretty much the lowest quality products you can buy.
I would go for Logitech or Corsair headphones if you want "gaming" headphones.

Ark is anything but optimzed. I would play with settings and dont waste money on one Game.

At this point, the situation is just as much Valve's fault as anyone else's. They haven't been doing anything to keep customers.

yes optical/spdif is compressed..its also why only basic 5.1 dolby and dts through it..it doesnt have the bandwidth for the better ones
