Tried it didn't work, surprisingly I accidentally fixed it by turning on and off the enhanced audio setting and also clicking spatial sound and using windows sonic for headphones, no idea why it worked but it did

Probably not, Windows tends to kill activation when you swap out motherboards. Sometimes you can get lucky, sometimes you can't.

Another update, got a new AIO to help deal with idle temps and managed to get a Deepcool 240EX Castle for a good price on sale, but I also had to change the case as I ended up messing up the dimensions for the fit of the AIO in the previous case... So I got a Coolermaster Silencio S400 on sale off amazon. So the temps now on load while gaming has gone down from 80 to about 65 on no man's sky, haven't tested others but its a decent improvement. The gpu load temps are also down due to better airflow in the silencio, so from 77 to about 64 so I'd consider this a win.

I had this dilemma as well, I ended up going with a Asus KO 3060 OC edition, since I couldn't find any AMD 6600 XTs for a decent price that were in stock, I got it at about 490 USD, which was cheaper than the alternatives. Some of the variants I can recommend is EVGA, they usually have solid customer service, I had actually bought one before they cancelled it due to no stock. Gigabyte also seem to make some good options. End of the day just see which brand ya can get cheapest.

Thanks! I set the fans to just yellow so it isn't so glaring and is closer to the color scheme of the components 🙂

Hi all, so after like a few years of playing around with the idea of building this pc, I finally managed to do it and upgrade from my pre-built, I went for the a clean look with the mix of affordability and performance, since parts here are quite expensive for computers. I was surprised on how easy this was, however I did take about one and a half hours of cable management, since I was trying my best to make it clean, overall from the front I feel like it looks fine, while the other side isn't messy but could be better. The W10 install also had some issues, however I manage to fix it with some help from LTT Forums . Anyways let me know what you all think! I'm quite happy of the build.

Ok, doing this is retarded. All headphones are at the end of the day analogue. This means that the adaptor will need a DAC (which add bulk), and fucking having to carry around adaptors negates the benefit of making a device thinner.

Very good on the execution. I would have liked something a bit more "alive" color wise.

I mean, he's right. iMacs have crappy overheating laptop discrete GPUs (or no dGPUs at all), MacBooks (all but the high-end 15" MacBook Pro) only have integrated GPUs (with the dGPU in the top end 15" MBP being very mid-range) and Mac Pro has a workstation GPU that isn't meant for gaming at all.

This is coming from a MacBook Pro user.

PhantomChevron got a reaction from Jonathan W in Suggestions for slim cameras plz
If you were looking for small mirrorless cameras, the GM1/5 would be good choices and can be found at affordable prices online, and also provide a bigger sensor compared to most compacts plus giving you guys the flexibility if you ever wanted to change lenses.

But if you are not looking for any of these and just want a simple point and shoot and don't mind the fixed lens of a compact, then I suggest the RX100 family, as it is a extremely versatile camera and tends to be very user friendly .
