it has not been awaking properly so ive been having to hit win shift crtl b to wake it but other than that its it also power rail is unlikely bc it charges and turns on(below thescreen) if it helps how the screen stopped it was powered off and it took a 1ft ish tumble off a stand onto a cement floor but it fell bottom enclosure first best of luck Dragon

Helli, my HP elitebook 8570p has a problem.the problem i am experiencing is that the screen and keyboad light(direct above the screen)is not receiving power,the lower half of the notebook DOES power on with no incorrect flashes or beeps.i have tried .... restarting ,checking ram(swapping entirely, running one in each slot(2 total slots),charging CMOS battery,replacing cmos,connecting to external display(no luck with that) and clearing the ladt bit of power in system,i have also checked the display ribbon behind the screen(dont trust my self to take apart the bottom) please help me best of luck Dragon

Any way to fix this? Ive tried the sfc scannow and so on and so forthbut i get windows resource protection cannot perform this action or something along those lines

Ok first problems are error 0x8008007 and 0x8888ffff (may be 0x0888ffff ,cant remember)this happens on the win 10 feature update 1803 and adobe flash update. My pc also boots in with the clock missing and the font in terminal.also msconfig and windows resource protection wont work. Its an hp envy sieries laptop with stock stuff....my pc is unusable at the moment so please help fast

Yes ive tried safe mode,reset,and sfc scannow (on sfc.scannow i get windows resourse protection cant perform this) also ive managed to get past this loop but my pc is still taking 30mins+to boot And uodates aren't working. Ok ive got my pc active my clock is missing and the descriptions bubbles font is different and avg is broken

My pc upon last restart is stuck in an infinite loop of preparing automatic repair......before last restart i wasngetting failed updates and my msconfig would refuse to open.....update failure error if im not mistaken was 0x8008ff or somwthing along the lines its an hp envy laptop that has no mods to it.please help me Dragon
