Can anyone advise on this please?

I am planning to start my own YouTube Channel and Gaming. As of now I am getting a good deal from DELL Alienware M15 R6 (1400 CAD). Can you please let me know if this is good laptop or shall I spend more for Alienware i7 (11800H, RTX 3060, 16GB RAM) or Asus ROG Strix (AMD 5800HX, RTX 3060, 16GB RAM). Use case - New to YouTube, New to Gaming, Experience Programmer (use Visual Studio, MS office, Chrome). Also i5 Alienware has only 512GB SSD, I never opened a laptop and can I upgrade the storage to 1TB or more in future. Looking to get a new PC (build one) or shall I go the Mac Mini sort of machine?

So Folks, This is what we have.... HP SFF 8000 with E8400 - dual core - 3 GHZ, 4 GB RAM, Nvidia Quatro 290 crappy graphic card, 250 GB HDD (I think its 7200 RPM) I was thinking can we put some graphics cards in it and make it a bad ass gaming/mining machine. Any suggestion is welcome.
