  1. I went with the Sonos Beam Gen 2. I will just tell the neighbours to tell me if they hear anything Thanks.
  2. Hi, thank you for the suggestions! I'll look into it. I might only get a soundbar though. I have been looking towards getting the Sonos Beam Gen 2, because then I can expand it with a sub if I sometime in the future figure something out.
  3. Hi, I've been looking for a soundbar to get, but I need some help because I can't decide. I'm also worried about getting a soundbar with a subwoofer because of neighbours. The neighbours are mostly elders, so I don't want to disturb the piece with an earthquake. Location: Denmark (so prices are higher due to taxes) Main activities: Streaming Netflix, and HBO Max. My TV: Samsung QE55Q6FNAT Budget: $600 Soundbars I've come across: Samsung HW-Q810A/XE (currently on discount for $600, but it's got a subwoofer though, and very low stock) Sonos Beam Gen 2 (I haven't got any IOS device to setup with TruePlay. However I have read it has automatic TruePlay, is that sufficient enough?) Samsung HW-Q70R/ZF ATMOS (currently on discount for $450, and very low stock) About the apartment: The apartment is on the 1st floor. There's nothing below my apartment, meaning below me is nothing but a small outside corridor that has stairs going up to the 1st floor. So I have no neighbours below me. I do however have neighbours above me, and to both sides. The apartment is basically and upside-down T shape when not counting the rooms with doors. So from the upside-down T perspective, the living room will be on the bottom right side. Here's a very basic sketch of the layout, not at all accurate with the space between the furnitures but you get the idea. I would've taken a pic but I haven't moved in yet. The living room will be in a space of about 4x4 meters.
  4. I've been looking at the GIGABYTE Z690 GAMING X again, it costs about $265 here, and it seems decent enough. I also don't need WIFI, I always use cable anyway. But I'm not entirely sure yet. I might just order the 12600k now, and then wait with the mobo for a couple of weeks to see if there's more available in DK Thanks everyone for the help btw
  5. No the Z690 UD DDR4 version isn't available here yet, the date is unknown. But the price is $280
  6. Very true, yeah I would prefer not to spend $400 on a mobo if I can find something cheaper that works really well, and that does things well enough
  7. Budget is around $400 USD for the motherboard itself. I might eventually overclock when I need more power, so not anytime soon I guess. I need 2 M.2 slots minimum.
  8. Hi! I'm going to upgrade from a 6700k to a 12600k, but I'm clueless about what motherboard to get. I'm currently using an MSI brand motherboard, and MSI brand GPU RTX 2080. I've looked at a few but I don't know if they're good, or if there's better suggestions: ASUS TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS D4 Gigabyte Z690 AORUS ELITE DDR4 Gigabyte Z690 GAMING X DDR4 I'm using the PC for all sorts of things, programming a lot (so I'll be compiling stuff), gaming a lot too, and some video editing/rendering (I only just started doing this, but I don't do it much so it's not that important). I'm not going to be going for DDR5, I'll stick with DDR4. Any suggestions?
  9. Hey! I've currently got a triple monitor setup with BenQ XL2411P monitors. I'm looking to replace my main monitor (the center one) with a 1440p monitor. I don't play competitive games, I mostly play single player games, and multiplayer games that isn't competitive. So I basically want a 1440p monitor that'll replace the main BenQ XL2411P, and something with better colors ( so I can enjoy games with better colors ). I would also prefer the monitor to be at least 120hz, doesn't have to be 144hz, as I dont need it for competitive games, but I do at least want the smooth motion of everything. I really can't go back to 60hz. Hope someone can help :-)
  10. I bought an Intel Gigabit CT Desktop Adapter, and disabled the onboard lan controller. Works much better now, haven't had any issues since. Such a simple solution, I should have done it a long time ago. EDIT: Oh and again, thanks to you all for having tried to help me solve this problem ?
  11. I haven't given up yet. I just checked with LatencyMon, and there is a few things. ndis.sys and dxgkrnl.sys is the worst performing ones. Can't even run a speedtest without my pc stuttering. Here is a pic of LatencyMon Here is after speedtest
  12. Okay I think I'm about to give up ? It's still the same, it is just sometimes it works fine, I have just been lucky those times I tested. But lately it is still doing the same thing. I suppose I could buy a PCI-E ethernet network adapter and then plug it in a PCI-E slot. Any recommendations for an ethernet network adapter that supports win10? ?
  13. I will definitely choose with caution next time when I'm looking for a new motherboard ? When I bought my motherboard I only looked if it would fit in my case, and if my other components would be compatible ?
