    Wattage wise it's technically enough, but the psu is shit, suitable to use only in very cheap systems with igpu's. Upgrade your psu. Shitty psu's might not deliver their advertised wattage. If it's still not clear enough ask on the psu tier list thread.

    No, wattage is fine. That psu is pretty shitty thought. Wattage wise, yes. But the psu is far from great, would not use it in any system that has a dedicated gpu. Get something from tier b and up. You could get by with tier c, but I personally would recommend spending bit more.
