It isnt a serious problem, but an annoyance, something on my PC is capping my framerate to 200 FPS and I can't figure out what. I've turned off Gsync, Vsync, and made sure GEForce Experience doesnt think im on battery power, and I cant even find a framerate cap setting, and checked windows power settings and set to "high performance" - Looking for any suggestions, or a way to find what is throttling the card? I discovered this when running the userbenchmark utility here http://www.userbenchmark.com/
