  1. ASUS GPU Tweak, I'll try uninstalling it later, but I have the FPS target set to "0" which afaik should uncap the framerate.
  2. This isnt a problem for me in game though, my framerates never approach that at the settings I use. this is a problem in synthetic benchmarks.
  3. I dont have rivatuner, and what games can enforce an FPS cap when not running? I am at a total loss, everything i can think of that might be capping it I have disabled, turned off, or even uninstalled. surely there is some way to easily identify what is enforcing a cap?
  4. ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q No USB cables hooked up, just the power and display port, stock settings.
  5. It isnt a serious problem, but an annoyance, something on my PC is capping my framerate to 200 FPS and I can't figure out what. I've turned off Gsync, Vsync, and made sure GEForce Experience doesnt think im on battery power, and I cant even find a framerate cap setting, and checked windows power settings and set to "high performance" - Looking for any suggestions, or a way to find what is throttling the card? I discovered this when running the userbenchmark utility here http://www.userbenchmark.com/ My specs are: Windows 10 Home 64 bit Strix Z270E (not sure of bios) Intel i7 7700k (stock) Patriot 3400 C16 Series 2x8GB Strix 1070 (GPU Tweak software up to date and set to "gaming mode") Samsung 850 Evo 250GB boot drive Samsung 850 Evo 500GB storage drive Samsung 960 Evo NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB ( M.2 port set to 4x PCIe) WD WD1600AAKX-22V1A2 160GB - sacrificial drive WD Blue 2TB for long term storage. 750 watt modular PSU who's manufacturer Ive forgotten
