  1. I'm looking for a laptop with great battery life, that can handle video editing and light gaming. I live in the US, and my Max budget is $600. Thanks in advance.
  2. ah so then what's the difference between regular and x variants
  3. with ryzen the x variants are the ones you can overclock I'm guessing
  4. I was thinking about the ryzen 5 2600 paired with the 1050 ti, is that good enough?
  5. lol yeah I guess I can just put like 200-400$ into this
  6. Yeah I don't use my brain much at least I bought it for like 100 bucks used
  7. Windows Whatever Trash stuff - some amd fx 4100 bulldozer cpu (yeah...) playing games like rainbow six siege and fortnite, and some light video editing
  8. Yeah, bought a 1050 ti and want to upgrade cpu, I can also buy a mobo for it too. Want to be able to play games and some light video editing. Thanks for everything Update: found out about the i5-4690k, I know it's discontinued and all, but is it still reliable? Ye thanks for all the help
  9. Hi Genexis, thanks for the reply. You responded to me on my last topic about choosing the Aspire 5, and I wanted to say thanks, I'm getting the it + mx150 version for some light gaming & video editing but mostly school work. Just wanted to ask about how much battery life would you get, say if you were gaming, or if you were on Chrome typing docs and watching YouTube?
  10. Ok so basically I just want to know what would you guys choose. The Asus Vivobook F510UA or The Acer Aspire 5 Let me know please and thanks in advance.
  11. Thanks for the reply. Ill check out Aspire 5. I'm just looking for something light and with great battery life, while being a tiny bit powerful, at least just enough so i can do some light video editing and maybe some rocket league at low settings
  12. Thanks for the reply. 1. Make it look good. 2. Probably gimped MX150, I dont really care about that stuff as long as i run at least at low settings at 30 fps tbh 3. Budget is the lowest it can go. Must have 8th gen core i5 or better. Dedicated gpu. Thin and light, not bulky
  13. I literally joined just to find this out. Im looking for a Carbon Fiber reliable skin for the Acer Aspire E 15 (with i5 and MX150 graphics if it matters) When I was looking (im on mobile btw) on google I really could only find skins for laptops by the same name but different model numbers (E5-576G-5762 is the model number for my laptop) (Also if you are reading this do you mind telling me that this laptop is a good bang-for-the-buck pc, im going to use this laptop for school and maybe some light gaming like rocket league, and some video editing)
