2070 is around between 1080 and 1080ti. 

Thanks for answering everyone. I'll sell my 980ti for 180 and buy the 1080ti for 300.

I experienced that problem, I solved it by doing this:

1. Insert just 1 stick of ram.
2. Go to bios then enable xmp.
3. reboot and wait for it to boot into windows.
4. turn off then insert the 2nd stick.
 
 

I tested myself with a blower vs non blower 1070 in a sff case, it dramatically impacts CPU temp. King of opportune that RX 5700 and XT models are all blower right now.

Good news! The loose backplate is the culprit. I've tried to stress test it and now it only goes at around 65-70c max @ full load. Thanks for the help people!

Since the motherboard and psu are proprietary, $230 tops. And the psu doesn't come with any GPU power connector so the best card you can install in that is 1050ti.

I don't even know. Hahaha I thought it was just a normal gpu but when I saw the backplate and the 970 sticker I was also surprised hahaha
