    Try to reinstall windows. Or update your gpu driver. that is not normal.

    The i5-7500 is a 4 cores, 4 treads cpu. On cpu intensive games a 4 cores 8 treads is recommand or most. Battlefield is a good exemple. Its perfectly normal your i5 is the bottleneck on certains games.
