I assembled my pc back in 2018 and played witcher 3 back then for the first time. Back then the game played smoothly without any issue. Recently i tried replaying the game again but their are many issues like long loading times, the game take longer to launch, the background take long time to render, sometimes music sound disappear and take long time to load etc. I did not update the game and it is still v1.31. The pc was left alone without using for long time. I tried cleaning everything but it didn't solve anything. Need help figuring out where the issue is. If it is a hardware issue where might it be?

What is the best graphics card i can use with a i3 8100 processor without having a bottleneck???

My mouse has a on-the-fly DPI switch.. what does it mean?? How should i use it??? What dpi should i use.. 800 or 1200 or 1600??

My pc doesn't consume much power. So i dont want a lot of watts. I just needed something around 500 watts. So those chead craps are what i came with. Since you suggests seasonic i will look into it. Thank you for the suggestion.. ✌
