This is a " Seagate HDD " my friend got and asked me why it was not working , turned out it was bought off eBay . It was a good fake, branded and looked like a real drive even had a fake serial number and product number . This is a reminder that unfortunately, people who are not well-versed in technology can easily fall for these types of scams.

Already in tablet mode the touch keyboard icon is in the task-bar is there, but i need it to automatically appear when its in a text field, as this is a modded Digital jukebox with a desktop MB inside it .

Well, it turns out that they purchased it from eBay, so it's not entirely surprising that this happened.

My friend recently purchased a 2.5 Seagate external HDD, they said it was not working. I was shocked to discover that it only contained a weight and a USB stick inside. They feel like they have been duped.
