Hello everyone, (especially if you are from Miami or know the place!) A friend of mine is getting a new PC, his uncle is from Miami (they are going to be on Orlando for most of the time) and he is going to buy the stuff and send it back to his home country (Argentina), what i need some help with is if you guys know any big pc stores that sell parts like microcenter or such that have decent prices and availability of items so i can recomend him to get there with a list of possible parts to buy quickly and safely. Extra points if anyone can provide urls so we can check them out beforehand! Any recomendations or advice are appreciated! :)

Hey guys, i attached an old hdd to my pc recently, it had some data that i should have backed up i know, but, it was working fine until today where it posts to a screen that says that it has a failure and i should remove it, i can go from there to the bios and it shows both of them no problem, but, i cannot boot to windows after that, only solution is to remove it and then it works fine, is there a way to check what the problem may be? windows is on my primary drive btw.

Fixed, i had to have FreeSync enabled on my monitor OSD, dumb mistake, i had it disabled on the mode that i used for gaming and enabled on reader mode. Thanks! -
Hey guys, i've seen something weird happening to my pc lately, i have a 144hz gsync compatible display and a card that supports this feature with the correct cable for it to work properly, when i set it up for the first time it got immediately running just fine, but sometimes it just dissapears from the control panel and the gaming experience seems way off, even when i'm above the 144hz margin, i thought that my second monitor that runs on 60hz was the problem, so i disconected it from the pc but the problem remained. I installed the latest drivers a few days ago, it appeared again on the control panel, but from one day to another it dissapeared again, i'm going crazy about this, i use my pc for competitive fps games and the difference its bugging me, it feels awful, i wish i knew the words to explain it but my english is not at that level, it feels like playing on 60hz again. Hey, just an update, he just had erp enabled! Talked to an ex gigabyte support guy and he told us that may be the issue and it was. Thanks for the advice anyways!

yes i got a good psu, now it works fine with low frequency but after 1 csgo map windows freezes, could it be that i need a bios update? cmos reset?

Hey guys i got a new module (16gb 3000mhz) for my pc (B360M DS3H + intel i5 9400f) and i'm having some trouble with it, at first i wouldnt boot up, switched places with the older one and it booted to windows but it constantly blue screened after a few moments. I switched them again and then it worked fine but now it freezes and the frequency is really low (2133mhz), i got into bios and tried to put xmp on but only shows disabled or profile 1, which does something weird, puts module 1 on 2666mhz but module 2 on 2133mhz and doesnt boot up. also tried to set multipliers but i cant change them whatsoever. any ideas? sorry if the explanation is kinda messy english is not my first language, but i can answer questions and give more data if needed.

Yes, i tried moving the ram sticks on either dual channel config, he had one not all the way in the slot but the problem remained. I will tell him about CMOS clearing tomorrow, thanks for the advice! btw his rig is: b450 aorus elite ryzen 5 3600 16gb ram 3200 2060 super

Hello guys! A friend of mine has an issue with his new PC, it worked fine the last week but now it has a really weird problem, whenever he shuts down his pc in the normal way and wants to boot it up again the mobo has the red cpu error LED on and a blackscreen which he cannot get over it, cant post, get to bios or even shut it down with the power button, the only way he gets over it is by unplugging the pc of the wall, BUT, here is the catch, if he unplugs the pc and starts it again then the pc works just fine, 0 problems at all! Any ideas? Maybe a problem with windows in the boot phase?

Hey guys, i got myself an entry 144hz monitor (this one: Sentey MS-2401), i have an nvidia gtx 980 from zotac connected through Display Port. My question is, this monitor is freesync ready and g-sync compatible, i've seen it work in a few reviews that are available, but the g-sync option doesn't appear on my nvidia control panel, and as far as i now it should be working with no problem, any ideas? i've updated the drivers, used DDU to clean install them again and it still doesn't appear there.
