  1. Ok so I’ve found out it’s actually that the phone is displaying 4g but it doesn’t actually have a connection because it won’t load any websites or online apps, why is this?
  2. Please help lol I really want my internet back
  3. Hi all, I recently moved houses and I’m stuck with mobile hotspot until permanent internet is installed, and I’ve been having issues where the phone (iPhone 6s) is displaying 4g, personal hotspot connected, but when I try to connect on my PC it says “No internet, secure connection”. Can someone please help with this? Thanks in advance
  4. This is exactly my problem. Browsing the web and everything is fine but as soon as I try to join a match of CSGO it ping spikes and loses connection
  5. You're likely gonna end up like @A47H with a bunch of spare fans lying around with no use for them, probably isn't a need for that many. I'm helping you build it in a couple weeks so lol
  6. I have very similar specs to you, I also have issues with my mic. Maybe something to do with the motherboard?
  7. I have had my HyperX Cloud Core headset for a couple months now, and it's been great. But something thats really been bugging me is the mic has stopped picking up my voice. I think its only in Discord, but it picks up on the fans of my PC, and when I listened to it it seems to be the usb plug for the mic is picking up on the audio, not the actual mic. Ive tried reinstalling drivers, plugging into the front ports, reinstalling discord, but nothing has worked. Help pls!
  8. im on pc, i think it may be a driver setting. The only options I see are Update drivers (i already have the latest one) disable device (i dont want to do that for fear of screwing it up completely and uninstall device from system.
  9. So I have a HyperX Cloud core that is only a couple months old, and up until now it's been really good quality. A few weeks ago, though, I started noticing the mic wouldn't work. My teammates ingame couldn't hear me and my friends on Discord couldn't either. I did some sound tests, tried plugging it in the front ports, etc. and found it that it's somehow picking up the external noise from my pc (the fans) and not through the actual microphone itself. I have no idea how this happened, but does anyone have any fixes? Is there a way to reset the audio completely? I need this fixed ASAP because it's really affecting me (ie I can't talk to my friends and I can't give comms in-game) Thanks
  10. upgrade to 9th gen not worth the money imo unless you can find an extremely good deal, mobo is fine, ram upgrade to something like corsair vengeance 16gb 3200mhz
  11. Given that I am your IRL friend and I know what kind of games you play, I reckon this build is the best for you: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant Type Item Price CPU AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor $250.00 @ Shopping Express CPU Cooler Cooler Master - MasterLiquid ML240L RGB 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler $88.00 @ Austin Computers Motherboard ASRock - B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard $139.00 @ Shopping Express Memory Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory $146.30 @ Newegg Australia Storage Crucial - MX500 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive $99.00 @ Austin Computers Storage Toshiba - P300 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $69.95 @ Mwave Australia Video Card MSI - GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB GAMING X Video Card $469.00 @ PC Byte Case NZXT - H500 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case $115.50 @ Newegg Australia Power Supply Corsair - CX (2017) 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply $85.00 @ Shopping Express Monitor Acer - XF240H 24.0" 1920x1080 144 Hz Monitor $296.70 @ Device Deal Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts Total $1758.45 Generated by PCPartPicker 2019-03-19 20:24 AEDT+1100 (Also given how f*cking expensive pc parts are in Australia)
