  1. Nope. 1070 TI is getting between 30-50 FPS.
  2. Just bought Fallout 76; The game is constantly running between 30-60% GPU usage. When I open task manager the GPU usage jumps to 100% for a really short period of time. I tried different drivers that didn't make a difference. The rest of the system is 4 GHZ 2700 3466 RAM that does have the ability to run Memtest for days without a single error; really. I don't think it is any bottle neck because the CPU usage is under 40%.
  3. Gpu, I actually checked twice, even switched the HDMI ports. Out of 3 PC builds only one has booted up completely without any flaws. I might have to just buy a pre-built. *shudder*
  4. It is now noticing the GPU now that I have lowered the RAM timings/speed some. I think it is just bottlenecking the whole system.
  5. I tried the beta version, 18.3, plus 18.5. It end with the same results, I think it has something to do with the ram.
  6. No matter the resolution or the settings it is always the same. The UserBenchMark shows that the RAM latency is very high also that the GPU test fails completely. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/11508694 Must of lost the screenshot of the benchmark on the game. The average latency of the CPU+GPU was around 49ms. With highs in the 70's. No idea what to do to fix it.
  7. I overclocked it to 4.2 GHZ at 1.375 volts, then ran Prime 95, it was performing admirably staying under 70 degrees for 5 minutes until I noticed, "Worker 14 Not Working." I clicked on it then it said "something, something is at 0.478912 instead of predicted .04" I have no clue what that is. Does it mean I effectively have a 8c/15t CPU or should I RMA it.
  8. It was sort of hard to line the cooler up correctly while leaving the mother board in the case. I was wanting to know whether it looks correctly in spot, meaning the whole CPU under the heatsink, also to tight or not. I dropped my phone a few weeks ago. The picture has been fuzzy since.
  9. Instead of a full review I would rather just say that the airflow in the 801 at least is much better than what I have heard about the 601. With the side panel off I literally felt the air blowing towards my face about 1.5 feet away. Definitely noticed there being more airflow with the front panel off though. The case with a PC in it is very heavy towards the side with PSU. No sound from anywhere besides the back fan, which I might have to replace. The only downside is that I was expecting it to be made completely of metal. Instead it is a hard, thick plastic.
  10. I didn't want it to sound like I was hyping it up; I was just pointing out at the moment they are good deals. https://www.newegg.com/pc-build-kits/builder/main.html#two
  11. That was actually the thing. It had the best AMD CPU minus the Thread zipper line, the best motherboard, possible B-Die ram as it is Trident-Z 3200 CL16, 1070 T.I., Samsung M.2 SSD, Windows 10, Keyboard+Mouse, ectra for $2,100 with $400 back in Newegg credit. Figured you could use the $400 for a ROG Swift.
  12. Was wondering how come no body every recommended these to people looking for builds. I haven't checked much on the lower end builds, I just noticed that I spent a little more than I would have had I bought the highest build kit for AMD, for $2,100 you also get a $400 Newegg Gift Card. Just seems like a good deal when you get a high end PC+monitor for $2,100.
  13. It is $199 from Evga with a one year warranty, I couldn't find to much information on it. I was looking for a fill the gap card until either red or green makes a big move in the $400 dollar range. I was thinking since the 2060 GTX won't have the raytracing that is suppose to be the reason for the insane pricing this generation that it would be in the 1080 range performance wise. I don't think Nvidia could possibly find a reason for the 2060 being $400 with performance identical to the 1070.
  14. Only have experience with the Asus. It stayed under 60 degrees with a modest overclock.
