Hello all,
So first a bit of a story. I bought Dell XPS 13 2in1 9365 about 7 months ago and I believe it was shipped from China. It was praised so much (and I can see why - minimal design and carbon fiber finish). But my happiness soon was over when I started having bluescreens, sound issues, etc. Anyway after multiple dell remote troubleshoots they sent out an engineer to replace motherboard. What engineer told - shocked me. He said he is replacing motherboards for dell xps 13 2in1 multiple times everyday. Really?? Are dells so bad? And that is only 1 engineer who told me that. Regarding him due to minimal design and no fan these motherboards tend to overheat.
So I wanted to see if anyone knows more if this issue was fixed with a new model refresh and 10th gen intel? Or shall I look at lenovo c940 2in1?
