If you are fine, then its all good. You can connect multiple fans to single header. Just make sure that all fans have combined power draw under 1A, and that all of them have same connection type (3pin vs 4pin).

While 4.6 GHz is not the highest that most people reach (I think most people hit around 5 GHz as their max), 4.6 GHz is still very fast, and definitely enough for a 1080. As for temperatures, those are fine, ESPECIALLY for gaming. So yeah, you're fine with your current CPU cooler.
