  1. Yeah, i'm not going to pay an absurd amount of money for a Motherboard, and all the compatible CPU's are expensive for low performance, so I think I won't be able to do this reasonably. Thanks
  2. On the website it mentions E5 2600 series v1 and v2, but no E7. i'll read the manual online. EDIT: This is what I found: No mention of anything but E7. I would really like this board, especially because its ATX
  3. I need help. I found a cheap 15-core E7-4880v2 15 core for $15 on ebay, and i want to build a server-esqe PC for very heavy use applications my gaming pc can't deal with. I found a dual-slot C602j, which i've seen is the only support chipset for the cpu, but i've seen that E7's only support quad-socket boards, and those cost thousands. Would it support this Supermicro board support it? 4. I updated my windows to Windows 10 1909 and now my front audio jack is much quieter, sounding like 24 at Vol. 100. I have plugged my audio into the rear board jack, and the sound is normal. My case is a Masterbox Lite 5 RGB, and the front audio is connected to my board. Please help
  5. I have some antennas I kept from an older card, and they still work
  6. So I was able to find an "Engineering Sample" Intel 9260NGW wifi card online. It's a bit cheaper than other similar cards, and mostly seems the same. I'm running a Z170m Mortar (Updated BIOS) with built-in slot for these types of wifi cards, and I was wondering if it would be usable or recommended. I have attached photos, any recommendations, or has anyone ever seen these before? Thanks
  7. I did that with every stick, and get the same error (Code 00) but all the sticks are detected
  8. Hello, I am a fairly new builder with only 1 build of experience. I just finished a new Z270 build. Specs- MSI Z270 M5 ENTHUSIAST GAMING Intel Pentium g4600 3x4 Corsair Vengeance C14 2400mhz ddr4 Pny GTX 1060 XLR8 (3gb) Cooler master Masterbox Lite 5 RGB Thermaltake TR2 500w PSU WD Blue 250gb HDD Corsair H80i GT w/ Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra I am experiencing a problem, when I power it on, everything turns on, but the DRAM light is on (means missing or faulty ram), and detects the RAM, but no post, beeps, nothing. I have moved it to a box test-bench style, tried each individual stick, etc. And still get nothing. Any tips/ help?
  9. I know this may sound weak for 2018 but I am running an Athlon x2 7550 with 4gb ram and a tr2 500w psu, but I'm not sure which driver version I have. I do plan to upgrade to a Ryzen 5 or i5 in the near future.
  10. My EVGA gtx 770 SC will only boot once out of about 12 tries. it works fine when booting though. Thanks
