  1. An m.2 sata ssd is alright. No cables to fuss with. M.2 Nvme is pricey.
  2. Would go Ryzen. The apps you use will expand as time goes and you'll need more processing power in the future.
  3. Yes. Just make sure your PSU can handle it.
  4. Do you know of any app/sw that shows cpu, gpu, etc temps/details on the taskbar? Something like CoreTemp but with more information. The closest thing I've seen so far is Rainmeter using hwinfo but the numbers are overlaid on the desktop wallpaper.
  5. I'd go with the 2600. It does better than the 8400 in most games but maybe not in AC: Origins.
  6. Somewhat adequate at stock settings unless you live somewhere with high ambient temps. But if you overclock, it's the first thing you'd need to change. Compared to others... It beats other stock cpu coolers but aftermarket coolers will be better.
  7. Check the motherboard's QVL and also the reviews of the G Skill you're looking at.
  8. The Samsung link goes to a 27"? For general use, I'd go with that. I'd choose the other one if I need the extra hz and 1ms.
  9. If you wait, you will get something better for cheaper.
  10. Yes. The wraith stealth is good enough for general and slight oc but the cm 212 will serve you well.
  11. Are the fans spinning on the GPU? Any indication of life?
  12. Merry Christmas! And a gift from my favorite grandma gamer:
  13. Non K cpu aren't meant to be overclocked. You can try tinkering with the baseclock if you want but that will mess with other components as well.
