  1. Hi LTT Team Onto the question if you should do early product review, I do have a split opinion. Pros: - Nicer view into the development process - Newest and hottest tech and crazy ideas Cons: - Errors that may get fixed are in the mind of the consumers (associating the finished product with weaknesses it does not have anymore) - Makes a full review harder? - Disclosure of what has been looked at might get complicated (especially if there are consulting services being done under NDA) Idea: If a manufacturer wants feedback on prototype, this is a consulting service and should have a monetary reward. This is supposed to cover the costs for testing the prototype. For that, the prototype video footage stays private, so that the manufacturer has time to fix stuff. With the release of the final product, the prototype video can be included and at the same time, it can be pointed out, which issues have been fixed. The target of this video would nicely point out, what hurdles were still to overcome, while the manufacturer is not at risk at attracting copycats or damaging its reputation. On top, the viewers still have the correct opinion of the product and do not associate it with flaws it does not have. This also gives full disclosure since it shows that LMG has been involved in the development of the product. This would be amazing for things of big manufacturers like Dell etc. If a small product from e.g. a start up is being showcased, it may be better to make it a "labs focused" video.
  2. Well, now where you have a perfectly working S9+, you could simply refund your other S9+ and simply use that one, right? At least that would be the easiest way. Otherwise I would check the energy options: If it is in the performance mode, it keeps the CPU clock high, even in standby. This results in a power consumption in standby, as it would be on full power. So maybe switching it off would help. Trying out the energy saver modes could help making the problem more precise: when the processor clock is more restricted, does it heat up less? If yes: It is still something running in the background If no: Reset your android completely does it still occcur? if no: here you go if yes: probably something broken with the phone. Maybe the battery is broken or the processor clock control is not working at smooth performance. Then send your phone back. Let it be a business of samsung and let it be a part of guarantee on your brand new phone.
  3. You have to have a really large air contitioning in the room. Otherwise, if it is really on full load (5000W + 100W*16 (body temperature) = 6600W of heating capacity) the room is going to smelt within minutes. I got 2 gaming machines in a quite large room at the roof and I got 27 degrees inside when they are running on full load. In Winter. With -10 degrees celsius outside. Maybe it is even easier to do a central water cooling, than such a big air conditioning (because humans tend to become sick when being exposed to an Ice Cold Air Flow without sitting there in Winter clothes). So it could be possible to do one water pipe going behind the gaming rigs with one little pipe attached to the custom water cooler. So you basicly build in a custom water cooling kit, but instead of connecting it to a cooler, you attach it at the water system. The water system itself gets it water cooled by an air conditioning unit outside. This would result in 90% of the heat being delivered straight outside and there is no permanent ice cold air flow in the room, where you can get sick. Am I overkilling with that? Or is it the only way to get that much power stored cosily?
