You can connect 3pin fans using PWM splitters. They work the exact same way as your montherboard fan headers. 

seeing this, I think the RGB definitely looks better on the deepcool so I think I'm gonna stick with that, it was originally what I liked the most anyway

in one game a v64 performs better, in the other the 2070, both by a small margin
 
and for 1440p a vega 64 makes quite some sense

When overclocking anything there is always a possibility that it will shorten that item's life span but if you do it correctly you will be fine. 

If it's stable then it should be fine.

most motherboards die before the cpu... so even if it would, it doesn't hurt

Any increase in voltage, regardless of size, will result in the item degrading at an increased rate.
 
Though when we're talking very small voltage changes, who really cares if their processor, for example, will "live" for twelve years of thirteen years.

No, unless you increased the voltage.

It can but its more likely that the ram will become outdated before it fails.   Also ram is fairly cheap so why not get the extra bump if you can.
