I was using my mom's pixel 3xl to try and get some decent pictures of my computer but for some reason a grid of noise/grain was in some of the better photos. I'm very happy with how it all turned out. I'm just going to spend a little time cleaning up cables and reinstalling my stuff since I didn't have to end up installing a new copy of windows like I thought I would (maybe I got a retail copy from eBay, not an OEM and that's why it was $12).

Here's a video taken from a live shot of a better (still bad) picture I got.

You can't really expect to get rid of the grain due to how image sensors work.

Merge blending like what the Pixel uses can help but it's not exactly perfect. Nothing is especially in areas of the photo where there isn't much light.

Your best bet is to live with it or try additional NR if it really bothers you

the picture that really stood out was a picture of the pc in full light. I had the overhead light on the ceiling turned on and there wasn't anything blocking the shot. Not too big of a deal I don't expect dslr photos from my moms pixel.

Should be fine if you aren't expecting mega clean results.
