  1. The fans don't fit with the ram on, i have to file down a corner of the fan in order to fit. The rig will get 5-8 c hotter without it I see that's a name for the thing LOL
  2. I tested the condensation problem, no condensation were seen if I turn off the air-con for more than 10 mins before I turn off my computer.
  3. I am doing this to not have the figure melted.
  4. i5 8600k overclock to 4.7 gHz running aida64 get average of 67 and max at 71 c
  5. I live in Hong Kong and it could get up to 38 c in the summer and around 40 c in my room.
  6. I buy a air tunnel online and use it to redirect cool air into the rig. You can order the tunnel in different length. I'm using it for my captain 240 white. I move the fans on top of the rig. The screws for the fan ain't long enough so I have to zip tie it down ,until the nut and bolt I order arrive. It is sucking in cool air from my air-con. I'm planing to get more of the air tunnel and build a independent air tunnel for the CoolerMaster 212x I have. Update I added back two of the original fans on the radiator. Then I run AIDA 64 My i5 8600k At 4700 MHz At 4900 Mhz At 5000 Mhz Somehow the temperature and voltage got lower at 5000 MHz. I'm using gigabyte easy tune to overclock and i set the voltage setting at auto ,perhaps that's why.
  7. wow someone move the post to the correct category LOL
  8. i find that i posted under the wrong category
  9. I'm from HK and I find this thing online selling at 175USD. It is a AIO from PCcooler usinga a traditional air cooler as CPU waterblock. https://item.jd.com/13699511839.html It really got me thinking about this thing and i find a blog talking about this thing. https://read01.com/4DnMRjR.html#.W5Ar0egzZPZ It got the reservoir in the air cooler and the pump is in its radiator. I'm wondering if we remove the radiator and use the waterblock with a custom loop, it maybe something. But sadly I can't find its name in English. UPDATE! I did find it on aliexpress https://www.aliexpress.com/item/PCCOOLER-frozen-dual-engine-cpu-radiator-air-cooled-with-water-cooled-combination-four-heat-pipe-three/32855896957.html?spm=2114.search0204.3.2.2aeb7403BM4jet&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_1_5015211_10065_10068_10059_10696_100031_5015311_10084_10083_10103_451_452_10618_10307_5015911_5016011,searchweb201603_55,ppcSwitch_7_ppcChannel&algo_expid=89943553-6abf-4301-90c2-abc0c1190445-0&algo_pvid=89943553-6abf-4301-90c2-abc0c1190445&priceBeautifyAB=0
