  2. Hi, If i mod games with no VAC and only games with no VAC and clean up any remains of mods before playing any games with VAC will i be safe from any VAC bans and/or account suspensions? Im looking to add bots to offline non VAC games such as cod 4 to play with alone, Im not looking to cheat online or anything like that

  8. Hi, So say my frametime is usally 8.5ms at 60fps (Just an example) How much can my frametime suddenly momentarily jump by without causing any noticeable stuttering or lag? What i mean is if my frametime jumps by about 3ms from its usual (8.5ms) will i feel/notice any stuttering? what about a jump by 10ms? 15ms? How high can it jump by before i start noticing stuttering? Im sorry if its hard to understand what im asking

Im not looking to cheap out on hardware i just thought the downgrade might be worth it if its not too big a downgrade as if im buying a gaming PC at this price i want to have some games to play on it you know?
