What's the worst case i get when i buy 1070 and 144hz with that cpu?

Is it better to pair i5 4460 with 1060 6gb than 1070? Kinda confused with the option i have here

Im in Indonesia rx 5xx kinda hard to find, mostly out of stock

I currently have i5 4460 + gtx 950 mainly use for pubg and its been a lot of stutter and fps drops, and my 950 fan is broken so i need to buy a new gpu. What should i get between 1060 6gb or 1070? I have no plan to buy new gen processor and mobo etc at the moment but have plan to buy benq 2411p 144hz monitor.

I forgot to mention it, i want to buy 240gb ssd from samsung. i only use high on AA and texture

Hi, i had a plan to upgrade my gtx 950 to gtx 1070 or maybe new gtx 2060 because i had a lot of stutter in pubg, i want to buy benq xl2411p as well. Will it bottleneck my cpu? Or maybe i should buy a new system? Atleast i can play pubg at decent fps on 144hz monitor without micro stutter like i have now. What do you think about 1070 ? I have plan to upgrade my monitor to 144 aswell, but it might take few months

after more than 10 minutes test my cpu temperature sit at 65 c - 77 c (min 43 c & max 82 c) edit : seems like i cant find crucial 500gb ssd in indonesia, other brand with 500/480 gb ssd just cost like 149$

okay thanks for the suggestion, do i need to change my cooler as well ? temp is between 36 c to 40 c when browsing, is that acceptable ?

hello i need help about what part i should upgrade to play PUBG, my current system is : I5 4460 with stock cooler gtx 950 12gb ram ddr3 (8+4gb ram because my other 8 gig is broken) 1tb hdd 450 cheap psu 75hz freesync monitor from aoc i have $650 ish dollar to upgrade, do i should upgrade to gtx 1070+psu and case (does my cpu bottleneck this card ?) or buy a newer cpu to 8th gen ?
