    Don't have any modern Intel systems, so I can't comment on that matter. Also, with an i5, VRMs aren't that big of a deal. It's only a 65W chip. I wouldn't run a 8700K on either of these, though. These are budget boards after all.

    None of the available 2X8GB models in my country listed in the QVL list of the gigabyte mobo.
