I have 2 computers. one is a desktop and one a gaming laptop. Today I test them with Cinebench. while testing, I use task manager to get clock speed of cpu. Clock speed does not change during test. one has clock speed 3.89 and score is 841 one has clock speed 4.09 and score is 825 both cpus are kaby lake with 4c/8t, with 256K, 1M, 8M L1-L3 cache. I try to run the test many times and test after clean reboot, but the one with higher clock speed always lose. I am confuse. I want an explanation.
