  1. I set DOCP from the starting screen and set the DRAM speed to 2866 instead of the default 2933 and seems to be working for now. I did get a crash during Assassins creed . Don't know if its because of a memory issue or not. How do I run memtest to if my memory is stable? Also I noticed that DRAM voltage is set to 1.39 when the QVL says 1.35. When setting it to 1.35 system doesnt boot. If I want to run the ram at full 2933, should I bump up the DRAM voltage to 1.4?
  2. That is the QVL I am using. my exact RAM part number is not on the QVL. But a close one is there. F4-3000C16D-16GTZR is my actual part. The one in the QVL that is the closest is F4-3000C16D-16GISB Does this mean my RAM wont run at advertised speeds on this motherboard? Should I leave profile in auto instead of DOCP and manually set memory timings? If so, is there a guide to do it right somewhere?
  3. Hi all, I have been trying to get my memory to run at its rated speed since day one and have failed in many different attempts. My Configuration 1. Ryzen 1700x 2. G.SKILL TridenZ RGB 8GBx2 3000MHz 3. ASUS Prime x370-pro motherboard 4. samsung nvme ssd 256 GB 5. XFX Vega 64 GPU 6. CORSAIR H100i cooler I have the latest BIOS and Ryzen master installed. Not using Ryzen master to overclock These are the tests I have done so far. Setting DOCP in the BIOS and allowing the DDR speed to be at 2933MHZ Gets stuck in boot loop or wont post Setting DOCP but lower memory speed 2677MHZ Gets stuck in boot loop and windows wont load Set DOCP but lower the DDR voltage to 1.35V as specified in QVL of Ryzen 1700x Doesn't post Advertised speed rating for the memory is as follows 16-18-18-38 at 1.35V and 3000MHz rated, but 2933MHz for ryzen 1700x This exact memory model is not in the QVL but its close F4-3000C16D-16GISB is found on the qvl, attached. Memory-QVL.pdf I would like some guidance on how to get my memory to run at 3000MHz or 2933MHZ instead of 2133MHz which seems to be what it defaults to. Thanks! Bob
