So do you think it is the screen that is broke, not the board, because I did try it with a different screen and that didn’t work either. I probably should be a bit clearer with what I mean by broken, it does display an image but it is so dim that I need to shine a light on it to see it. I also should mention that I also replaced the screen at the same time as the battery.

As someone who reacts poorly to artificial (or overly strong natural) scents, I could only get behind this so long as LMG does not encourage the use of these scents in public places where people who also react poorly may be present.

In fact, the marketing should include a disclaimer about being cognizant of your surroundings so as to not be a detriment to the well-being of people around you. Enjoy whatever makes your life happy, so long as it doesn't detract from the lives of those around you.

LMG often includes disclaimers for epilepsy in some videos, so there's no excuse to not include a disclaimer for scented products, especially if it's something they're receiving payment to feature on their content.

EDIT: @Steve Chan please get clarification on Scentbird's cancellation process.
Their support article indicates the only way to cancel is by contacting their support team. Reddit posts seem to indicate the cancellation process is more difficult than it should be. If this is true, it reflects poorly on ANY company accepting Scentbird as a sponsor.
Additionally, making subscriptions difficult to cancel may violate FTC regulations. https://consumer.ftc.gov/consumer-alerts/2023/05/click-cancel-we-want-hear-you

Nah, that's just part of the new caching algorithm introduced as part of the new update. It takes a while for certain assets to cache across the multi-dimensional Content Discombobulation Neutering (CDN) system. Now that caching has completed, the forums load 900% faster!

Electromagnetic sources have two major variables, the frequency and magnitude. The frequency is what differentiates gamma rays from visible light, the magnitude being like a total quantity of the sources. Just the two major variables for sinusoidal waves.

Bluetooth is no where close to the magnitude or frequencies required to cause health issues.

Outside of nuclear decay and extremely high magnitude sources like radar or radio stations, most electromagnetic emitters simply don't have the energy necessary to cause direct issues. This does include not sticking your extremities inside a microwave being one of the most common potentially harmful EM source which really just does a good job at depositing energy into water molecules.

Even with most radioactive sources, unless the decay chain has some sort of x-ray or gamma ray, its not high enough energy to damage cells/DNA. The problem occurs with high magnitude but that's a total energy deposition issue like with radar.

This type of thing is perfectly safe.
All wireless signals transmitted by bluetooth, wifi, etc. are incapable of doing anything to us.

Turning it off when not in use would save some power but would make no difference to anything else.

kirashi got a reaction from Fasauceome in Anually billed phone carrier subscriptions
Given that most people who need a cell phone / data plan / etc. usually need it for years if not their whole lives once they have one... receiving a small discount for paying for a year in advance kinda makes sense to me, so long as the service works reliably everywhere you need it.

I wouldn't blindly pay for a year in advance until I verify the service works well with both my phone and the geographical locations I need coverage in, but if the service functions well for my needs, I'm down to lock in for a year if it means I save 10-15% or more on car insurance my phone bill.

Phone carrier is something that not a lot of people want to have to think about, myself included. I pay my mint subscription once a year, get something like a month or so for free, and don't worry about it until the next year. I have had mint for multiple years now so it works out pretty well.

Details are helpful. It’s possible the cable you’re using is adapting to HDMI and the port doesn’t support HDMI Alt mode. DisplayPort from the Type C port might be better here. What cable/adapter? What refresh rate is the top display set to?

Without being able to see exactly what you clicked on (either in a video recording, or an exact step-by-step explanation) I'd merely be guessing how you managed to open whatever website you did within Chrome, but if you didn't download anything and keep your browser updated, you're likely safe.

Hey, so... did you try installing... graphics drivers? 😄 No but seriously, the inability to select higher resolutions usually stems from improperly installed graphics drivers. Congrats on your new PC build!

I recommend installing the latest versions of the APU and Chipset drivers from your motherboard manufacturer's website, then the AMD Adrenaline driver + software package from AMD's website.
    https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550M-K-rev-10/support#support-dl-driver-chipset
    https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-5000-g-series-desktop-processors-radeon-graphics/amd

The above software is essential to ensuring Windows understands how to talk to all the hardware in your computer, including knowing what output resolutions are supported. Let us know how it goes.

Looks interesting but you might want to inquiry about security updates:

The carluex air wireless they sell is Android 9.
Last security patch (from google) for this android version was 2022.

To check combability (combability quiz) they collect the E-Mail address:

Also the quiz itself is generic. Had hoped they ask the right question as not every 2016-2024 VW car has carplay/android auto.

While I haven't purchased the product: the site does trigger a few of my marketing icks: (photos provided in order of ick)

    -Misspelled words
-Incorrect grammar (no space after comma)
    -btw
-A "tool" that doesn't do anything meaningful unless you give them your email, only to have the result of the "tool" on another page in plain sight.
-Being bombarded with a "spin to win discount"

Overall I may just be nit-picking having been raised in a family of teachers, but the vast majority of them are simple things to avoid by someone proof reading your site.
