  1. I also cannot answer the first question as I don't know what the plans are for Apex Legens on PS5. As for the second question about backwards compatibility, @CloudPC is pretty much spot-on here - content you previously bought digitally via the PSN store should be downloadable via your Playstation Network account, however, any games you've purchased on physical media require that you place the disc into the console, just like you did on the PS4. https://blog.playstation.com/2020/10/09/ps4-games-on-ps5-your-top-questions-answered/
  2. While I haven't streamed in a long time, thus don't know what's changed in OBS or SLOBS software recently, it would be extremely helpful to know what your upload speed is and how you're connected to the internet. Hit up speedtest.net to run a speed test, then grab the shareable link or image, and tell us if your computer is connected over a hardwired or wireless connection.
  3. Just backup data you cannot easily re-download then replace the drive when it finally kicks the bucket.
  4. Eh, I mean, I personally wouldn't cancel a chkdsk as it can find other underlying filesystem corruption caused by botched Windows updates, for example, but with Windows 10 systems I've rarely had an issue cancelling it when I've needed to. If you have the time, just let chkdsk run through, then consider your next moves in the event the drive fails in the coming years, months, weeks, or days.
  5. I run dual 27" 1440p Dell UltraSharp U2715H displays mounted on a Kanto DM2000 dual monitor stand attached to a 48" x 30" IKEA LINNMON desk. Due to my work/play style and my chair being positioned just off centre to the left, my left monitor is horizontal and my right monitor is vertical, though technically both could fit horizontally if that's what you were going for. I find that 27" @ 1440p is the sweet spot when it comes to productivity in a regular office setting.
  6. If you're asking about moving the Outlook PST Data file to another drive (perhaps one with more space), that's usually possible. https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/21384/where-is-my-pst-file-and-how-can-i-move-it-somewhere-else/
  7. HDDs and SSDs usually almost always have a certain number of blocks / cells that aren't visible to the end user. For example, a 500GB SSD might actually be 512GB or 540GB in size, but you, the user, will only ever see 500GB of usable capacity. This allows the firmware of the drive to map dead or dying sectors / blocks / cells to the "spare" ones, preventing complete drive failure as the drive begins to age. So, you don't "fix" sector reallocation - it's actually a good thing that your drive is trying to reallocate sectors as they begin to fail / wear out. The drive is saying "hey bud, I'm starting to wear out, so while these couple sectors dying are fine, eventually you'll need to replace me" long before it dies due to unusable sectors. That being said, as @Electronics Wizardy noted, drives can and do fail without warning sometimes, so best to backup data all the time.
  8. Uhh.... is it possible for you to take pictures, or provide an illustration of how you tried connecting things? I'm having a hard time picturing what you're describing. Note that certain docking stations and/or adapters only support USB-C Power Delivery over certain USB-C ports, and/or may only support USB-C Data over other ports.
  9. Good work doing troubleshooting - since it works fine over your cellular connection but not your home internet connection, that points to either a problem with your modem/router OR the route between your home connection and the TeamSpeak server. Your client log may reveal more information about the cause of your connection failure, and can be accessed by going to Tools > Client Log within the TeamSpeak application.
  10. I decided to fire up TeamSpeak for the first-time in about 4 years to test myself, and see that the client asks for a Server Password, so that makes me believe that there is a server running on that domain & port. That being said, I don't use TS anymore, so you may need to perform some testing on your network. Download the TeamSpeak mobile app onto a cellular phone, then try connecting to the same server while you're connected to your local network over WiFi, then try connecting using cellular data. If you experience the same problem over your WiFi network but can connect when using cellular data, chances are it's your modem/router. Not really able to help much more unless your TeamSpeak client can provide more useful information other than "failed to do the thing" so you may wish to ask for assistance on the official https://community.teamspeak.com/ support forums, or see if your client log file contains more useful information.
  11. first-legion.de resolves to IP 188.40.155.113 but does not appear to be operating a webserver. Additionally, port 9001 is closed according to YouGetSignal. https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ I'd want to first confirm that there's actually a TeamSpeak server running at that domain name on that network port, because it appears there is not.
  12. While I haven't had to setup a Woo Commerce based WordPress store in AGES, I think you're on the right track. If I were a user visiting your side wishing to browse instead of just searching for items, I'd typically look for media by type (movie, music, tv show, game, book, etc.) then by genre (horror, thriller, suspense, drama, comedy, etc.) and expect the medium (paperback, eBook, DVD, streamable, MP3, FLAC, etc.) to be an attribute or "format" of the media. However, I understand the pains of trying to determine whether tags or categories & sub-categories. The official Woo Commerce documentation gives a few examples of when to use categories, tags, and attributes, so you may wish to give it a read over. There are also quite a few other resources you can check out, but ultimately may wish to list all the different types of products you're planning to sell using sticky notes and waterfall lanes on a whiteboard so you can simulate how to lay these out. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/ https://builtmighty.com/blog/woocommerce-product-categories-tags-attributes/ https://code.tutsplus.com/articles/the-beginners-guide-to-woocommerce-product-tags-categories-attributes--cms-22622
  13. Easiest way to reclaim the entire size of the SD card is to clean it using Diskpart. Just be careful that you select the SD card before running the clean command, as it will nuke the partition table of whatever disk you have selected, rendering all the files on it gone. (Yes, there are ways to try recovering files from a disk whose partition table has been wiped, but why go there in the first place?) https://www.howtogeek.com/235824/how-to-clean-a-flash-drive-sd-card-or-internal-drive-to-fix-partition-and-capacity-problems/
  14. That appears to be a consumer grade motherboard which should absolutely 100% clear its' BIOS password if you indeed are properly shorting the CLEAR CMOS pins as outlined in the manual. I have NEVER come across a regular off the shelf consumer motherboard whose BIOS passwords could not be reset by closing the CLEAR CMOS jumper pins, so I'm curious as to whether you shorted the correct pins or not. https://download1.gigabyte.com/Files/Manual/mb_manual_ga-f2a88xm-hd3_e.pdf
  15. A permanent fix would involve either not using the desk ever again after you fix it, or replacing the desk with a material that doesn't wear down over time. What I'm saying is that ANY wood material will wear down over time with use, so you can't really permanently fix it. What you can do though is sand down the edge that's wearing down, then paint over it to repair that section. If you want to go the extra mile, you could sand down the entire tabletop, then prime, paint, and seal it using a clearcoat.
  16. Then I would contact Newegg support immediately to find out what's going on. At the very least, they should offer to reverse the charges, as it's illegal to collect payment for an order they don't intend to ship you.
  17. HowToGeek has an excellent guide on using a VPS hosted through Amazon Web Services to setup a reverse proxy for a Minecraft server hosted on a residential connection, though you can use any VPS provider you like. https://www.howtogeek.com/440752/protect-your-home-minecraft-server-from-ddos-attacks-with-aws/
  18. Source? If you have not contacted NewEgg about why your orders are being cancelled, for all you know your bank or credit card issuer might see the pending / hold charges from NewEgg, then be denying the actual charge because they're protecting you from what they might suspect is possible fraud.
  19. Yes, I have the same problems when I used WhatsApp. No, the best way to setup WhatsApp is to not use it. Not really, as I've given up on installing yet another chat app on my devices. I've been at a point in life where I'm trying to minimize the number of places I need to check for and respond to notifications because the anxiety that comes with having multiple apps and services for the exact same purpose is not worth it, in my opinion. I've whittled my daily apps down to Facebook, (FB) Messenger, Discord, and Instagram, keeping Twitter installed only for corporate / company related things. Gone are Snapchat, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. because I just can't be bothered to open all these apps to talk to people, let alone can't remember what conversations I was having in which app and with whom. I really miss the singular messaging & communication centre that BlackBerry Hub was trying to accomplish, as it provided ONE location where I could check for & respond to emails, tweets, Facebook notifications, and text messages. If people want to message me, they can use plain old text messages (none of this iMessage bullshit), Discord, or Facebook, cause I'm not installing an application just to talk to 1 or 2 people.
  20. Based on the model number in the last screenshot and the SecuDOS CF card, this appears to be some kind of Barracuda Networks security appliance, such as a hardware firewall or security switch. I'm not familiar with such things because I don't believe in wasting my money on proprietary hardware when perfectly good solutions like pfSense exist, but you usually need a support contract with the manufacturer if you want support for such devices. That being said, the manufacture date appears to be 2010-01-07 so I'd be surprised if they'd even sell you a support contract for the hardware these days. https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/switch-problem.3640179/ https://www.secudos.de/en/products/multiappliance-en/barracuda-multiappliance https://www.network.co.ba/proizvod/rfb-barracuda-firewall-phion-nf-e-ra-app/
  21. This only lasts until the next major Windows feature update, or the next nVidia driver update. During each of those types of updates, Windows forcibly re-enables my 2x Dell UltraSharp monitors headphone outputs and sets them as the default, similarly to what @geo3 is probably talking about in their post. I have yet to find a solution, since Windows does what it wants when it comes to these updates.
  22. Based on the requirements in the official rules seen in the post linked below, probably.
  23. Ah, my apologies, I missed that you were using a switch. An unmanaged network switch cannot assign IP addresses itself - it gets those from another device running a DHCP server, usually a router connected to the switch. If you've only got your modem -> network switch -> devices, and Comcast has only provisioned your modem for one IP address, then only one device will be able to pull a public IP address. You need a router to hand out internal local IP addresses, or more IPs from Comcast.
  24. Uhhh yeah that normally happens when you remove the ethernet cable from a computer that only has wired networking...? Do you have another router you can test with so as to rule out problems with your existing router?
  25. Just to confirm, when you change the device plugged into the modem (your router, PC, game console, etc.) are you power cycling the modem? Asking because most Cable ISPs CMTS chassis (Cable Modem Termination System, such as the ARRIS E6000) will only hand out an IP address to the MAC address of whatever the first device is that's plugged into the modem. If you physically change the device connected to the modem via ethernet without rebooting the modem, the CMTS may not acknowledge this change, and thus may not hand out an IP to the new device... https://www.commscope.com/product-type/broadband-access-network-systems/cmts-ccap/ccap/e6000/?utm_source=arris&utm_medium=redirect
