  1. What I've seen the Corsair MP600's heatsink is only hold in place by metal clips. Most motherboards have an NVMe headspreader featured with the Motherboard cover
  2. Or remove the NVMe's own heatspreader and use the MoBo one
  3. Can you name any specific product?
  4. Well met, I have a Crosshair VI Hero Wi-Fi Motherboard and it is lacking the 3 Pin 5V ARGB Header. Are there controllers that are connected via a USB2/3 Header on the board that allows you to control the RGB via software like Asus Aura Sync? I know the ROG Terminal exists but it is fairly pricey for what it offers. Are there any other options for such a product?
  5. Greetings, I got a PowerColor Red Dragon Vega 56 on sale for about 240€. GPU-Z says I have Hynix Memory (RIP) I instantly went into Overclocking and Undervolting the card for better performance/efficiency https://gyazo.com/8e42058d56abd081d66cd59ca52c50bb Settings I'm crashing with but went through stresstests just fine https://pastebin.com/e5wKqGH5 DxDiag.txt PSU: Corsair RM650i using 2 different power cables Both Settings went through an hour of FurMark GPU Stresstest and a tons of TimeSpy Benchmarks. Both run stable there. As soon as I play WoW I get "no response | wait | force close" Why is WoW kinda crashing with those settings but none of the benchmarks? Is there a database where I can compare my Vega 56 to other's?
  6. I just clocked my Memory to 2133MHz https://geizhals.de/g-skill-ripjaws-v-schwarz-dimm-kit-16gb-f4-3200c14d-16gvk-a1382376.html this is my memory kit
  7. Hey, since a few weeks I'm experiencing random system lock ups. I've reinstalled Windows to eliminate a software problem rollbacked multiple driver versions and I feel my GPU is just slowly dying. Basically what happens is the screen freezes I, sometimes I still can hear my mates on Discord / Teamspeak but I'm forced to restart. Sometimes It'll come back to life with a notification my GPU driver crashed. I don't think my PSU is the issue since it was RMA'd 3 months ago. There are no memory dumps or any sort of it available. Crashing occured in idle, after a LoL game, in WoW and in Auto Chess System Specs: Corsair RMi 650 Watt Asus Prime X470 Pro (Prolly should've paid +30€ for Strix X470) Ryzen 7 2700X PowerColor R9 390X (Tried Stock / Undervolted / Increased Power Limit) 16GB Gskill 3200CL14 Corsair Force MP510 NVMe GPU Driver Version 19.5.2
  8. Hello LTT community, I've recently bought the CoolerMaster Master Gel Maker to replace my thermal compound on my GPU. I cleaned the whole chip off with some 99.% Aceton and everything looked clean except stuff that was next to the chip. As seen on the pic. Whats the best way to remove thermal paste that's next to the chip. Does it harm the GPU if I don't remove it?
