If i am in a room with AC it never goes above 54-55 ,forgot to mension that the heatsink is so big that it touches the chassis and heats up the bottom of the laptop.

So i've got a Hp Elitebook 840 g1 notebook that has a m.2 slot in it so I've bought a Transcend M.2 SSD 420S to put in it.But after a temp check i see that the ssd is runnig too hot(i believe) 67 degrees without any load.I've put heatsink on it and the temps got 10 degrees lower but my question is Is this normal for a 2242 m.2 ssd is the drive bad and i need to replace it.Someone with a m.2 ssd and how are your temps?
