Hello, few months back I needed to buy a new printer/scanner combo for our tiny business. Since i wanted a full color, duplex printing, duplex scanning and separated toner cartridges, the options weren't too wide and i picked Canon i-sensys MF832C. After installation witch was pretty difficult I have noticed that the printed keeps periodically waking up, and starts humming (build-in fan spinning?). This accrues pretty regularly - every 30 minutes the printer starts humming and after 10 minutes it stops. I have checked the Device Status in remote control and it says the printer is still in sleep mode when its humming. The only thing in settings that makes any difference is "low sleeps mode energy use" if the setting is low, the interval between waking up is 60 minutes, "high" is 30 minutes. Looking through system log of my router TL-WR841N through witch the printer is connected to 2 PCs I have found that the "waking up" corresponds with this log content " every 60/30 minutes DHCPS:Recv REQUEST from D8:CB:8A:51:B7:27 So i tried to look through router setting but couldn't find anything useful there either. Its kinda annoying for a new printer to be doing since its only like a meter away from me. Does anybody have a tip for me? Thanks in advance.

Hi, few years ago I bought a 3 TB WD external HDD for a great price, I used it for a storage of games, movies, series, pretty much anything that I dont use everyday. I did some major cabel managament under my PC desk and I was like: "why dont i just put the HDD in my external HDD into my PC since I dont really need it outside, and i wouldnt have two extra cables laying around" so I extracted the HDD out no problem and put it in my PC which now wants to format it before use... I dont really want that since there is like 2,5 TB data there. Is there any easy way to use it without formating? I dont have that much space in my PC to transfer it by putting the hdd back into the external HDD case. And borrowing another hdd to transfer it that way seems way too slow. Thank you in advance

Thank you minibois that did the trick, I only wish I would have asked sooner vorticalbox Im not developing the program Im just using it and I can see question numbers when Im working on the test but when it is presented to actual let say student the numbers are hidden and I would like to have the opportunity to just be given question number if it is wrong for example.

Hello, I am numbering several thousand test questions in windows program iSpring Quizmaker and I would love to save some time. So far, I have to select the question and manually write for example 1457., select another question and write 1458. and so on.... Is there any simple macro tool or trick that would let me press one hotkey to write " (last_number +1) so it would be much faster? Thanks in advance. I have a razer naga hex mouse + SW if that helps.

LogicalDrm I am using a big TV as a monitor would love to be able to ALT+TAB out from a game regardless if I want to respond on facebook, quickly google some stuff, or watch a movie for a while that is playing in the background. lvh1 I have never used this but I will give it a try it could be just what I want.

Hello, I am looking for an app or a program that would join (glue) two or more WIN10 program windows together. I would love to ALT + TAB from a fullscreen game to another window that would have for example a movie in one side of the screen and facebook in another. I would also appreciate any workaround that would reach the same goal. Thanks in advance!

Hey I have just noticed that my i5-4690k looses its turbro from 3900 to just stock 3500 after PC goes to sleep. Does anybody have the same issue or knows how to fix it ? I have Win10 pro, i5-4690k, MSI Z97, 12 gigs of RAM and 2080ti Thanks for any info

Maybe it is the new raytracing Seriously tho, i have played Witcher yesterday with new 10/11/2018 driver and it seems to be fine. I cannot say for sure since I would have to go to the same locations but it seems fixed for me.

I have the same problem with my 2080 Ti in 4k ultra setting witcher, it looks as if a lightning was flashing repeatedly right ? Dont really know how to fix it tho

I would recommend cloning - I have switched my notebook HDD for an SDD because it was just too slow and managed to do it without a hitch. I dont remember name of the software, but it was free and easy to use. If you dont succeed with cloning then reinstal but you will loose settings and stuff.

Hello, thank you for your advices, PDF XChange Viewer doesnt work but saving the file in PNG and letting google docs scan it works fine. I was hoping some PDF viewer would be able to simply copy the text but this seem to be working fine for more than one paragraph, with less text it is quicker to just retype it. Thanks, great comunity !

I should say that Im not limited to these games, most allready run fairly well. Once I get the new metal I am planning on pirating buying some other games aswell and I will share some results Thanks to all
